- In the list of available updates, locate the appropriate update for your Windows, then click on the ‘Download’ button. In my case, the right update for my Windows was the second update in the list.

Now, you need to save this notepad file and execute it by following the below mentioned steps:
- Click on the ‘File’ option, then choose the ‘Save as’ option from the menu.
- In the Save as window, choose ‘Desktop’ as the location, then type ‘Wufix.bat’ in File Name field and ‘All Files’ in the Save as type field. Finally, click on the ‘Save’ button.
- Go to the Windows Desktop, right click on the Wufix bat file, then select the ‘Run as administrator’ option from the menu.
- Wait for the command to execute in the command prompt. This batch file will first stop the Windows Update services, then scan your Windows which may take some time. Finally, it will restart the Windows Update services.
Now, restart your computer and try to update your Windows 11. If this solution has successfully fixed Windows 11 update KB5034765 / KB5034467 not installing problem, then great, otherwise, try the final solution given below.
