TechexpertKeymasterSure we’ll help you. Did you reset your browser after run our tool. It is recommended that reset your browser after use of our tool. Could you please also share with us the website name where your browser keeps redirecting? Our current tool’s version v4.1 have a little coding bug and our technical team is still working on it and will fix it very soon on its new version v4.2. While time we recommend you to please follow our following steps.
Steps:
- Run Adwcleaner
- Run HitmanPro 32bit / HitmanPro 64bit
- Reset your all the browsers.
Let us know if that doesn’t fix the issue and also if that will be worked for you.

TechexpertKeymasterSure, we’ll help you. First please let us know if you can see your all the drives in “Disk Manager”. To open disk manger; Do right click on ‘mycomputer’ and then choose ‘manage’ option and then a ‘computer management’ page will open-up and then click on ‘disk manager’ in left side pane and let us know whether you can see your all the drivers or not.

- Uninstall all the recently installed unwanted and suspicious softwares from control panel.
- Run a scan with Adware Removal Tool v4.1 and Adwclweaner.
- Do RESET your browsers. (Adware Removal Tool also gives the option to reset in the end)

TechexpertKeymasterMake sure your printer HP 5100 is the default printer when you print from Illustrator. Maybe there is some problem in Illustrator software – Maybe it will fix after Illustrator reinstall. Also try to print a document from world or notepad to make sure that your printer is working fine with other software.
