Maybe some .dll files could find in your computer, it may be vary OS to OS. So you just need to skip it and go further steps.

Windows Defender is not very powerful. We recommend you to use a paid antivirus which have firewall and web protection feature included with it. Like: Norton, AVG, Mcafee, Quick Heal etc.

TechexpertKeymasterStep1: Do remove all the unwanted softwares from computer
Step2: Run Ccleaner or TFC to remove junk files. You can download these from our tools page: http://www.techsupportall.com/tools
Step3: After that take backup of your download & documents folder from C: to another drive. Here is some path where all these folders are located.
C:\Users\User(Your user name)\Downloads
C:\Users\User(Your user name)\Documents
C:\Users\User(Your user name)\Desktop
After backup, do remove all the unwanted files & folder from there.Please let us know if need more help regarding this.

Advanced Steps:- Uninstall all the unwanted & unknown programs from control panel which you may got installed recently. - The network copy speed depands on “File System (NTFS or FAT).” Maybe vary if you copy from ntfs to fat.
- The network copy speed also depands on network cable. Make sure it is properly connected and “CAT6” type cable. Also make sure its connection points not rusted.
