    Yes, deleting the .dll is enough to fix the problem but psdprotect.dll is associated with MyWinLocker. So we recommend you to please uninstall “MyWinLocker” from the control panel and then delete the file “psdprotect.dll” if remains.

    You should be got another email which has mentioned license key (activation code) of hitman pro. If yes, then please enter it to the license section of hitman pro to activate it.

    • Open HitmanPro
    • Click on the red or green icon in the bottom right corner
    • Click on Activate license
    • Enter your product key, including hyphens
    • Click Activate product key
    • Your license is now successfully activated

    There is no timer in icons. Actually, your IE doesn’t response second time may be due to other reason. Sometimes, IE doesn’t close properly, that’s why it doesn’t open next time.

    Your shutdown button is not working properly is the straight sign of your windows files maybe gone corrupted or is not responding properly. Anyway, we are giving you some steps below please follow the steps and let us know the findings.

    As I know, Wordpad is an integrated application of Windows, so it can’t be uninstalled or reinstalled. Wordpad run from a “.exe” file which is located in “c:/Windows/write.exe”

    We recommend you to please replace the write.exe file with the same operating system write.exe file.

    Relacing process.

    1. Rename the “write.exe” file to “write.exe.bak” from “c:/Windows/” location.
    2. Copy the write.exe file from another Windows and paste it to “c:/Windows/” location.
    3. Do same with the “c:/Windows/system32/” location.

    Here is the Windows 7 32bit default Write.exe file. If your operating system is different then we’ll provide you same OS write.exe file.

    Please reply back with the findings. Looking forward to your reply.

    You can save your all the files using parallel windows installation. Anyway, you did reformat the drive and saved some useful files. Anyway, you may contact us again for any help related to computer issues.

    1. Simply go to “control panel” of your computer.
    2. Then, Click on “Uninstall a program”. You’ll get a page where all the installed program will be displayed there.
    3. Select “adobe creative cloud” apps and click on the “unisntall / change” button.
    4. Follow uninstaller’s on-screen instruction to uninstall it completely.

    If you face any type of program while above-given method then you can use “Revo Uninstaller” OR “Geeks Uninstaller” to remove it forcefully. Both software can remove its left-over entries too.
