Looking for a solution to my screen flickers on and off.
I don’t believe it’s a hardware problem but I tried settings and the following:
Kernek ONP Error 411…cleaning process
sfc/scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Rebooting
Deleting the drive and rebooting.Nothing is working.
Do you have any other suggestions?
February 13, 2023 at 11:23 am #36242PKKeymasterIf it is not the hardware problem then try to reinstalling the display driver. Download the original driver from the manufacturer’s website.
You can also try to adjust the refresh rate and resolution in the display settings.
If you can provide more information then we can try to help you further.
is it a laptop or desktop?
Please provide specification or model no.
Make & Model of monitor?
February 17, 2023 at 11:46 pm #36265TeresaGuestThank you for your help.
First, I uninstalled the Logi software. I kept the Logitech® Unifying receiver app for my (Craft keyboard and MX Master Mouse), but the devices are hard-wired since this is an intel mini NUC box. The issue came back after a reboot which caused me to do more research.
2. I changed the Lock Screen Timeout Period in Windows 11, which I believe fixed the issue once and for all. I used this reference to help me through the steps. https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-console-lock-display-timeout-windows-8
Again thank you for your help!
