No, this will not happen. Your computer will not lag but the performance might be slow sometimes. Don’t worry about the data because your data will be safe and will not be breached because all those settings are installed as an application. You can uninstall those applications later on if you want.
Will my laptop lag after applying Windows 10 theme on Windows 7 or will I face any other kind of issues like loss of data or something?
