We have a Dell Inspiron 14. We had to reset back to its original state. It worked well for a day. My daughter did some windows updates, and now everything is gone except the recycle bin. It will not allow us to connect to the wifi and there is nothing under the start key. What happened and how do we fix it?

Here, we are sharing with you the three methods to fix this issue. Please follow the following methods.
Methods
Method 1: Uninstall the installed updatesStep1: Uninstall the most recently installed Windows updates from control panel’s apps.
Click Start >> Settings >> Update & Security >> View Update History >> Uninstall Updates. Then Right-click on updates and uninstall all them.Step 2: Stop Windows update for future updates.
Method 2: Restore your computer to a good working date.
Restore your computer to a good working date. (when your computer was working well.)Step1: Right-click on the computer icon, and click on properties. Click on system protection and click on system restore. And then follow the on-screen and choose the date you want and do restore your computer.
Step 2: Stop Windows update for future updates.
Method 3: Do Reset your Windows again back to the factory settings and stop Windows update for future updates.
