I downloaded your program but I’m still getting adds. When I just put the cursor on your “topic” box and left clicked, it sent me to an add for Anderson Window Treatments. This has been happening on several web sites.

If the tool does not get it then you’ll have to remove it manually. To remove it manually, open your browser and then go to your browser’s settings by clicking on the menu and then click on add-ons / extensions / plugins, then remove all unwanted and unknown add-ons from your browser.

I run Firefox browser and downloaded Ad Blocker Plus on desktop about 2 years ago and have not had an ad yet. So, did you buy the windows? LOL

It means your computer is infected with some kind of adware or malware and program you ran was unable to catch that. So it is better if you provide a screenshot of the error. It will help the experts to analyze the exact issue.
