    1. You just need to follow all my steps as my way. The root cause the issue is JAVA. actually JAVA is not communicate with your browser. might be problem with your Internet explorer or JAVA. You need to just follow my steps.

      Here are the steps.

Step 1 : Uninstall JAVA through REVO uninstaller tool (Free for 30 day).

Step 2 : Uninstall your current version of Internet Explorer, then reboot your computer you’ll get downrange your Internet Explorer Version.

Step 3 : Install Java again.

Step 4 : When you start Internet Explorer, It would prompt regarding ” Enable Java Plugin’ so please enable it once.

Only above four steps will fix this issue, nothing else works, I have tried on hundreds computers.

  4. Hi I have a client who’s system I access using Oracle and I need to JAVA v 6 update 20 (I know update 22 and 23 were mentioned above) to use this system so I can’t update to the current Java or I won’t be able to get access to Oracle. I keep getting the same error though. It was working fine until the other day. Any advice?

  5. I tried the steps suggested by Techexpert. Unfortunately, it didn’t solve the problem. It’s very frustrating.
